We want you to love every sip, but if your tea or accessories aren't quite right, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages or tea samplers.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your tea accessories are unused and in original packaging, or that your tea pouches remain unopened and sealed.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal or contact our Steep Team with your order number to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items into the original shipping box, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
