How should I store my loose leaf tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain optimal freshness, store your tea in a cool, dry, and dark place. We recommend using our airtight tin canisters to protect the leaves from light, air, and moisture.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Are your tea sachets compostable?
Yes, our tea sachets are made from a plant-based, biodegradable material and are plastic-free, making them safe for your home compost bin.
What is your return policy for tea and accessories?
We accept returns on unused accessories in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened food products, including tea.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to bring our blends to more tea lovers globally in the future.

Each product page features a caffeine meter ranging from caffeine-free to high caffeine. You can also find this information printed on the back of our tea packaging.
